Delicious and Simple-To-Make Tahini Dressing

Ready for a easy dressing that you can make in a few minutes? This tahini dressing is perfect to add to buddha bowls, courgette pasta, or roasted veggies. 

It will also make your salad full of flavor and yummy to eat too! Here's how to make yours while enjoying the process. πŸ™‚


*Makes 1/2 cup

  • 4 Tbsp tahini 
  • 1 Tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • ΒΌ cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 thin slice ginger 
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 clove of garlic 
  • A few spoons of water


  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
