*Makes 1/2 cup
- 4 Tbsp tahini
- 1 Tbsp wholegrain mustard
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 thin slice ginger
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 clove of garlic
- A few spoons of water
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
