- 1 cup (~200 g) pineapple
- 1 1/4 cup (~200 g) mango
- 1 medium orange
- 1/2 cup water
- Ice cubes (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pure water to the blender jug.
- Top with orange, pineapple and mango.
- Optionally add some ice cubes.
- Blend all the ingredients together and serve.
