Sunshine Smoothie

A glass of this sweet smoothie helps you reach your daily dose of vitamin C. Make it with frozen pineapple and mango instead of a fresh one for a more refreshing taste.

Let's get started!

1 serving

  • 1 cup (~200 g) pineapple
  • 1 1/4 cup (~200 g) mango
  • 1 medium orange
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

  1. Pure water to the blender jug.
  2. Top with orange, pineapple and mango.
  3. Optionally add some ice cubes.
  4. Blend all the ingredients together and serve.

Enjoy this recipe and if you know someone else who would like it too, please share it with them.
