We've walked the path ourselves, faced multiple health and fitness challenges ourselves, and know how tough it can be to put yourself first with a family and career.
Our work isn't for everyone, but it is for the person who wants to actualize themselves in mind, body, and spirit while becoming their best self.
The Methodology
We are clear with our courses and coaching - what we offer is a path, not THE path.
However, you can use our methods for life and continue to get results from them.
We design and give programs that are highly refined and designed for longevity.
Simplicity and practical application is at the core of what we do.
Our programs were created out of a desire to see training with integrity.
Backed by evidence-based practices, we focus on results first while teaching strategies that are grounded in reality (not theory) and make this accessible to career-driven individuals.
Clients often share how much is given in our programs while also commenting on how much they're challenged to grow as humans.
This is part of our mission to create a healthy, stronger world using the power of plants.

Rest assured, they are not the same.

The Team

Head Coach
& Co-Founder
Gabriel is a leading expert in plant-based health and fitness.
He went vegan 8 years ago when he learned that eating animals impacted his internal cultivation and prevented him from healing from psoriasis.
He's also worked with some of the top fitness brands in the world in-person and online, training 100's of clients worldwide.
He's also written "High Performance Vegan Secrets," book along with hundreds of articles published for free on this site.
His background as a board-certified health coach, NASM-certified personal trainer, athlete, and Qi Gong practitioner provides him with a rare understanding of the body.
Influenced by Jung, Maslow, Robert Johnson, and ancient psychologies such as Zen and Taoism, he also views health from a deeper lens.

Creative Manager
& Co-Founder
Anna is a nutritional therapist, coach, and the driving force behind creative management inside of VFR.
She's been vegan for over 12 years and initially went vegan after watching 'What the Health' while trying to heal her gut issues, regain her period, and heal from chronic cystic acne.
After going raw for an extended period, she fully healed and never went back.
She's also written 100s of plant-based recipes from scratch while creating the VFR Recipe Rolodex, which has countless high-protein vegan meals that are easy and simple.
She combines plant-based nutrition with her deep love of photography and videography, sharing this in a unique and engaging way.
She lives in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains with Gabriel and their one son.
