The Dangers of Using Your Phone and How To Make Your Body 8 Years Younger

I love this time of year.

It's the end of one season.

And the beginning of another.

In the Western world, the common perspective is that things happen linearly.

However, from eastern perspective, things happen in a circular fashion.

Seasons occur in cycles.

Health and work move circularly.

Life and death happen in cycles.

While growth and progression can be a helpful motivator to move forward in life, there's also the opportunity for reflection and relaxation.

Spending time with family recently in New York and seeing our large and boisterous loved ones is always a good thing.

Spending time in nature and going for long lazy walks is always a good thing.

And spending time with yourself and reflecting on your life and the past year is definitely a good thing.

Looking forward to what 2024 will bring and grateful for 2023.

Lesson: If you find yourself facing the same challenges and problems in life, there may be a lesson for you in the problem.

Sometimes, we keep facing the same challenges until we finally learn the lesson.

The Dangers of Using Your Phone

As humans, we're bioelectrical creatures.

As such, being aware of EMF waves (electromagnetic frequency) is helpful.

Everything in the universe can be broken down into two components: energy and matter.

Yet, as humans, our energetic body vastly outweighs our material body.

It's estimated that up to 99.9% of our body is energy.

Which puts things into perspective when it comes to being exposed to different frequencies 24/7.

One of those is the EMF waves emitted from our beloved cellular technology.

And the recent changes that are happening globally with 5G towers and antennas being placed worldwide are increasing this problem more rapidly each day.

240 scientists from 40 different countries made an appeal.

According to the International EMF Scientist Appeal:

“Numerous recent scientific publications have shown that EMF affects living organisms at levels well below most international and national guidelines.
Effects include increased cancer risk, cellular stress, increase in harmful free radicals, genetic damages, structural and functional changes of the reproductive system, learning and memory deficits, neurological disorders, and negative impacts on general well-being in humans.
Damage goes well beyond the human race, as there is growing evidence of harmful effects to both plant and animal life.”

The cat's out of the bag.

Interestingly, during the entire plandemic, 5G towers were rolled out quickly while everyone was forced to stay at home.

Another side 'benefit' of keeping your cell phone close to you is the immediate reduction in your immune health.

Remember - we're bioelectrical creatures first and foremost.

Here's another study that further drives home this point:

The EUROPA EM-EMF Guideline 2016 states that ”there is strong evidence that long-term exposure to certain EMFs is a risk factor for diseases such as certain cancers, Alzheimer’s disease, and male infertility…
Common EHS (electromagnetic hypersensitivity) symptoms include headaches, concentration difficulties, sleep problems, depression, lack of energy, fatigue, and flu-like symptoms.”

The Nuremberg Code clearly states all experiments on humans should NOT be performed when there's reason to believe harm or death can be caused.

Without going on a tangent, we are most definitely in the midst of MAJOR human experimentation.

Whether it's injections, EMF, GMOs, fluoride water, etc, it's our responsibility to take responsibility for that which we were never responsible for.

A few action steps to protect yourself from EMF waves:

  • Turn OFF your 5G as often as you can. I personally use Wi-Fi as much as possible and keep my 5G off when traveling (if you travel as much as I do, download Google Maps offline mode). And whatever you do, keep your cell phone away from your body as MUCH as possible (especially near your head or groin).
  • Turn off your wifi router when you're not using it. I turn ours off every night to help limit exposure during resting hours. Also, consider investing in EMF blockers for your phones, wifi, and any EMF-emitting device you may have.

Part of maturity is facing the uncomfortable truths that we all live in.

It's an interesting world we live in.

How To Make Your Body 8 Years Younger

The Strength Clinic shared a great study on two groups of people.

The first group's median age was 68.

The second group's median age was 24.

Both groups were relatively inactive, just participating in recreational activities, and had never undergone a structured resistance program.

After doing a screening and evaluation to exclude any potential health concerns, the two groups then rolled into their six-month training program, working out for 4 days a week, starting with 50% 1RM and gradually working up to 80% 1RM throughout the first few weeks.

The results?

596 genes were differentially expressed between the two age groups.

Out of the 596 genes, there were 179 genes specifically associated with age and exercise that saw an INCREDIBLE reversal in their expression profile after the six months of training.

The takeaway?

Not only does strength or resistance training slow down aging - it can also reverse it.

A few other benefits were observed:

"The genetic expression of the elderly individuals became similar to those of the younger group. The researchers also noted that mitochondrial dysfunction (closely related to physical inactivity) began to reverse after six months of training.
As for muscular strength, results were as expected, that is, the ones who strength trained got stronger. The initial gap of 59% in maximal isometric strength in older people vs. young adults was reduced to 38% after six months of resistance training."

If you want to get younger each year, strength training must be in your exercise arsenal.

Train hard, get young.

Her shoulder has improved mobility, and she's leaner and finally putting herself first even with all her work and big family.
